We are pleased to inform you that the event is confirmed to be held on 5&6 September 2023 in Kuching City, Sarawak, details as follows:

Organizer: World Master Chef Association for Cantonese Cuisine [“WMACC”]

Appointed organizer: Persatuan Tukang Masak How Yu Kuching Sarawak

Co-organizers: World Master Chef Association for Cantonese Cuisine (Malaysia Chapter)

Kuching South City Council

Supporter: Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry & Performing Arts Sarawak

Co-organizers (Canada): WMACC (Canada Chapter)

We expect to have contestants from more than 40 countries and regions including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Chinese Taipei and pan American regions. Nearly 300 elite chefs, 700 guests and delegation members attended the event. Enclosed is the event regulations and registration form for your information and registration.

In order to ensure that the preparations for various activities can be carried out smoothly and successfully, the organizers will do their best to ensure all the chefs and guests participating have a pleasant trip, the Association urges your association or representative should complete the attached "Letter of Intent to Participate" on or before March 15 and return it to the Secretariat for the following up.
